Sylva Raušer Čekalová and Hana Hurtíková specialize in sprang, a historical textile technique braiding on the frame. Using this technique they create handmade garments, and practical items like bags, net bags, towels, wallets, soap nets and more. They combine ancient tradition with everyday utility. Since 2017 beside selling, they co-present the craft at exhibitions and lead workshops in the Czech Republic and abroad.
