As a green event, the Weavers' Market encourages visitors to use the most climate-friendly means of transport possible. Therefore, you will find mainly public transport options here:
Weavers' Market shuttle from Linz Central Station
On both days of the Weavers' Market, a shuttle bus runs from Linz Central Station to the Weavers' Market in the morning and back to Linz in the evening. The bus, operated by the Kiesl bus company, is marked with a Weavers' Market sign.
Outward journey (Saturday & Sunday):
Departure from Linz Central Station at 9:00 a.m.
Arrival in Haslach: approx. 10:00 a.m.
Meeting point: at the main entrance of Linz Central Station (by the lion statues)
Return journey (Saturday & Sunday):
Departure from Haslach: 5:00 p.m.
Arrival at Linz Central Station: approx. 6:00 p.m.
Meeting point: Bergstraße bus stop (on the main road below the old tower)

Can I pay by card on site?
Many exhibitors now accept card payments. However, as this is not possible at all sales stands, we recommend that you also bring cash with you.

Is the market accessible?
Yes, the Webermarkt is generally accessible to all. However, please note that the historic cobbled streets "auf der Stelzen" can be uneven.
Elevators are available for areas with stairs.

Yes, from 2026 onwards, an admission fee will be charged to visit the Weavers' Market and the Faserzone.
Does the market take place in all weather conditions?
Yes, the market takes place in all weather conditions. However, in extreme weather conditions, the organisers reserve the right to cancel the market at short notice.
Are there parking spaces for people with disabilities?
Yes, accessible parking spaces are available in the immediate vicinity of the market grounds. The parking attendants on site will be happy to help and show you the way.
